Repeated water intrusion repairs ignored at Nola Apartments

I am an owner at Nola Apartments. We have had recurring leaks and hallway damage for over a year. Work orders are closed in the system but the underlying issue returns every rainy season. I have photos, dates, and emails to the managing agent with little follow-through. Posting here so future buyers know to ask about moisture history and open claims.
