We practice data minimization. Anonymous users: only a session UUID. No IP logging in application code. No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

Legal help contact details are encrypted at rest. They are shared only with the single lawyer after that attorney accepts your request. Residents are not billed; attorneys may pay CondoCrooks referral fees under separate terms.

Subpoena response: for anonymous users we hold only anonymous session tokens — no IP addresses or device identifiers in our application database.
