CondoCrooks is a platform for user-generated reports about condominium and HOA associations. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, we are not the publisher of user content and are not liable for statements posted by users.

Anonymous submissions

We do not log IP addresses for anonymous users. Anonymous users are identified only by a session token. We cannot tie anonymous submissions to real-world identity without additional information voluntarily provided by the user.

Legal help referrals

Legal help requests are handled privately to participating attorneys. Residents are not charged. CondoCrooks may charge attorneys referral fees when they accept and retain a matter.
